OverFlow Content Rights Terms

When you submit a clip, link, photo, or any other content to OverFlow, you're telling us you have the right to use it. We'll host it, build a promotion page, let approved influencers share it, and create receipts so everyone can see what happened. If something is posted without permission, the rights holder can ask us to take it down — and we will.

By confirming the rights checkbox, you grant OverFlow permission to:

• Host, store, and process the content.
• Build promotion pages and media pages around it.
• Distribute it to approved influencers for sharing/posting.
• Create proof records, receipts, and tamper-evident hashes that document what happened.
• Show the content alongside attribution and credits in normal product views.

OverFlow does not claim ownership of your content — only the right to use it as described above.

If you believe content on OverFlow is being used without permission, contact rights@overflownetwork.app or use the report form. See also the DMCA / Copyright Policy for the formal takedown process.

OverFlow may remove or disable content if a rights issue is reported. If your content was removed by mistake, you can submit a counter-notice. We don't auto-restore — a person reviews each one.

OverFlow may suspend or remove users who repeatedly submit content they don't own or don't have permission to use.

OverFlow runs an internal intelligence layer (the "OverFlow Algorithm") that learns how wrestling content moves so it can match drops to the right influencers and explain what worked. To do that we record:

• Your in-app actions (claims, passes, proofs submitted/approved/rejected, completed campaigns, media views, share attempts).
• Public-content attributes on the drops you submit or interact with (category, region, platform, declared talent and promotion tags, match style, venue type, etc.) — all attached to the content, not inferred about people.
• Behavioral metadata (timing of activity, device tier, drop-to-proof cadence, reliability of completions).
• What you tell us about yourself in your profile (role, region, preferred platforms, declared identity if you choose to share it).

We use that data to rank drops for you, recommend influencers to promotion owners, score campaign potential, generate receipts, and surface trends for the OverFlow Team. The data is admin-only inside the platform. We do not sell it. We do not share individual profiles with third parties.

We do not infer demographic or biometric attributes about identifiable people from photos or video. Specifically, OverFlow does not detect or store inferred race, ethnicity, skin tone, age, or body-type data on individuals from their appearance. If a wrestler or promotion chooses to declare identity data on their own profile, that's their call and stays on their record; nothing is inferred without their action.

You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing rights@overflownetwork.app. We'll respond within 30 days. If you leave the platform, we keep the minimum data needed to honor existing receipts and rights-history (so a campaign you completed years ago still shows who contributed). Everything else is removable on request.

We may publish aggregate statistics about platform activity ("X drops landed in Florida this month," "Top performing categories this week"). These aggregates never identify individual users.

These terms don't replace OverFlow's full Terms of Service. They're meant to be plain-language and useful, not exhaustive legal language. If you're unsure whether you have permission to submit something, the safe answer is: don't submit it until you do.
